Kelley Athletic Co. is expanding it's reach throughout the United States by way
of uniquely developed Licensed Stores. Beginning in 1995, Kelley had a vision to
slowly establish a reputable brand with high-end products that would eventually
allow for the development of branded stores within affluent baseball areas across
the United States. The first Kelley Athletic Co store, developed by Kelley corporate,
was established in February of 2008. An instant success in year 1, this
store has shown that Kelley Athletic Co. stores can be highly profitable and deep
reaching into the local community.
Kelley now has licensed stores in Southlake Texas, Reno Nevada, Flower Mound Texas,
Plano Texas and Arlington Texas.
Our Chino California, Irvine California and Roseville California stores will be opening in October of 2010. In addition, we have
plans for The Woodlands Texas and Round Rock Texas stores for early 2011!
In evaluating the opportunity to invest in a Licensed Store or Territory, we just
ask that you keep the following questions in mind (we think you might find that
Kelley could be the answer) - Where do you want to be in the next 5 years? What

Kelley Licensed Stores are 1800 to 2500 sf.
SUPPORT
All licensees will receive the following support from Kelley:
- Site Selection and Lease Negotiations
- Use of the Kelley Athletic Mark and Name
- Exclusive Territory which includes any online sales
in that territory
- Use of the Kelley Athletic Point of Sale / Inventory
/ CRM System
- E.Commerce System
- Architectural Drawing and Planning Assistance
- Owner / Manager / Employee Training
- Continuing Operations Support
FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS
All potential licensees will need to have a minimum of $200,000 in cash equity to
be considered. A personal financial statement will be required.
